Main responsibilities:Identify & develop new opportunities for live yeast into Animal Nutrition market with key focus on poultry segment.Identify & develop opportunities for mineralized yeast product portfolio into Nutrition market.Lead marketing campaigns through available channels for product awareness among end use market.Create value propositions for end users to maintain healthy margins.Develop route to market aligning existing channels for healthy organic and inorganic growth.Creating demand for current range of dry yeast product portfolio and services.Optimize route to market for business growth with good margins.Provide strategic direction to distributors / dealers to enhance sales.Managing the life cycle of products through positioning, pricing, promotions, penetration with an objective to increase market share, market coverage, product awareness among targeted customers.Plan and execute promotional / marketing programs, visibility through workshops, seminars, conferences or demo units.Conceptualize and implement trade initiatives to drive sales in various market segments, through various distributors, channels.Collating market intelligence and latest information on various competitor activities and then formulating result oriented sales schemes in consultation with the Business Development Manager for various customers, markets.Achieve privileged relationships with existing Key accounts, customers and acquire new customersAssist in new product development as per market needs.
