Job Description

Excellent Work From Home Opportunity with Ecommerce Giant in Lucknow.Designation Executive operations Candidates need to handle Queries, Requests and Complaints from customers tactfully, provide excellent customer experience at every interaction and ensuring end to end resolution by taking complete ownership for the customer in every transaction. The goal is to achieve superior customer engagement and ensure a significant improvement in customer experience.Criteria:

  • Only Graduates in any stream can apply.
  • Fresher and minimum 1 year of relevant work experience of customer handling in a BPO.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi ( Written/Verbal)
  • 24/7 rotational shifts
  • 6 Days working with rotational off.
  • Immediate joiners required
  • Work mode Work from home with self-device and Wi-Fi connection.
