Job Description

    Export logistics coordinators have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
    • Monitoring freight costs and maintaining relationships with shipping companies to ensure competitive rates
    • Coordinating with customs brokers to ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly and on time
    • Reviewing contracts with vendors to ensure that all terms have been met prior to signing.
    Export LogisticsThe Export Logistics Coordinator willproduce accurate shipping documentation; oversee all aspects of the container shipment(from assisting customers/suppliers with bookings to the containers arrival at port of destination
    • Receive, review and process export ocean and air bookings.
    • Handle export air/ocean shipments from bookings to billing until completion.
    • Submit timely documentation to airlines and steamship lines.
    • Tracking air and ocean freight from booking to delivery at destination.
