Junior Designer Skills Required A good knowledge of the following tools is usually required:Hindi typing is an advantage Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair, teamwork, communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, time-management skills, attention to detail, being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs.Meeting clients for briefs, business objectives and requirements of the job.Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients.Developing design briefs that suit the clients purpose.Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients.Working with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD) and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print.Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturers instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.Work with strong ethics and follow companys work-guidelines and procedures. ,
