Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a clear vision and strategic plan for the school, in alignment with the ICSE curriculum, educational standards, and the mission and values of the institution.
    2. Educational Leadership: Provide instructional leadership and support to faculty and staff, promoting best practices in teaching, learning, and assessment to enhance student achievement and engagement.
    3. Curriculum Development: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the ICSE curriculum, ensuring alignment with academic standards, curriculum guidelines, and student learning outcomes.
    4. Student Affairs: Create a positive and inclusive school culture that fosters the academic, social, emotional, and ethical development of students, and ensures a safe and supportive learning environment for all.
    5. Faculty Development: Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate qualified faculty and staff, providing ongoing professional development opportunities and support to enhance teaching effectiveness and job satisfaction.
    6. Parent and Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders, fostering open communication, collaboration, and partnership in support of student success.
    7. Financial Management: Develop and manage the school budget, allocating resources effectively to support academic programs, staff development, facilities maintenance, and other operational needs.
    8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and legal obligations governing ICSE schools, maintaining accurate records and documentation as needed.
    9. School Governance: Collaborate with the school management board, trustees, and other stakeholders to establish policies, set goals, and make decisions that advance the mission and objectives of the school.
    10. Professional Development: Stay informed about developments in education, educational technology, and best practices in school leadership, and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance leadership skills and knowledge.
