Job Description

    Manager / Sr. Manager - Import Export DocumentationQualification: GraduationThis role would be responsible for the movement of materials, goods and products for import and export to ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location, right time with the most cost effective way.Key Responsibilities:Contribute to the creation and implementation of best logistics practices in Import & export to aid and improve operational performance & financial performance Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers including ocean freight forwarders & Customs Hose Deliver solutions to logistics problems while maintaining high levels of quality and service within budgetary requirements Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory and system records are in agreement Provide meaningful logistics data to others in the organization to aid customer service and cost improvements Ensure IT systems in place are effective, maintained and accurate Ensure metrics, reports, and process documentation is available People Management Ensure compliance with import/export regulations/customs regulations and legal and health and safety requirements.Interested If youre interested kindly send update CV on this Email id: { hidden_email}
