Job Description

    Hi!Greetings From MNR SolutionsHiring for Regional Head HR for LucknowJob Location -LucknowKey Responsibilities
    • Design and implement the Engagement Framework that assign, align and engage employees in support of business strategy.
    • Design & Promote communication Framework, lesson with leadership, FGDs, Town Hall. Prepare action plan and checking effectiveness.
    • Create and design Employee Engagement survey, preparation and spread awareness amongst employee and management, ensure action planning and participation.
    • Design and implement career progression of employees like, IJP, IDP & MDP formulation and Assessment Center.
    • Coach and train operational departments on various aspects of the business from a Human Resource prospective.
    • Strategize and Manage the performance management system, to include developing and monitoring performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance improvement plans.
    • Identification of Top performers and create career planning for them.
    • Predict churn, take necessary proactive steps to reduce the attrition, action planning of exit interviews findings.
    • Manage the Separation and Full & Final process as per Statutory compliance.
    • Design and develop of employee rewards and recognitions programs.
    • Review of Onboarding orientation and build Strategies to improve a better new joiners experience.
    • Develop criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities and regularly monitor and reports results to management, along with recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
    • Monitors and evaluates trainees progress and development by implementing an evaluation and proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company appraisal, developmental and feedback standards.
    • End to end HR Operations closure for the lifecycle of the employees.
    • Develops and conducts audits to identify training needs and opportunities for performance improvement.
    • Perform special projects as needed and perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department and organization.
    Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree along with an MBA in HR with experience of 0810 Years.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in hard core HR Operations, Talent Management, support in developing and implementing talent management strategy.
    • Innovative thinker, Self motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in HR ERP Tools and Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task, Business Acumen / ability to understand Business
    • Excellent time and work pressure management skill, ability to prioritize, ability to work independently, high attention to detail and ability to meeting established deadlines.
