Job DescriptionPlanning and organizing day-to-day operations activity. Guide team member and take proactive steps involving hiring of resources for fault free operation. Guidance and support to team members to achieve team goals. Decision is taken for safeguarding the OFC, equipment, Infrastructure, sites.Providing the services with no service affecting outages, minimal OFC cuts and ISP/ Infra failures, exceed agreed SLA, regular customer interaction and meetings and hand holding in event of moments of truth.Resource allocation, planning, technical training of engineers and making the team aware of the quality requirement for the purpose.Analysis of the data and taking proactive decision for O&M and expansion. Cross functional working with Planning, Materials and vendors is involved.Planning and scheduling Preventive maintenance of routes, sites and equipment.Guidance, support coordination to / with NOC & vendors and create healthy and competitive working atmosphere with career progress for team members. Making them clear about theirs as well as of other team member role and providing them the required resources for achieving the goals. Managing conflicts positively.Reduction of Opex through resource optimization, prioritize work, planning and best practices.Support to planning for Route, site & infrastructure planning.
