Job Description

Role : Trainer for a particular International Luxury Brand (Assistant Manager)Experience : 6-7 yearsBackground: Luxury Beauty & Retail Experience.Location New Delhi Education : Graduate and Some Makeup CourseJob Role :

  • Commerciality
    • Strive to achieve and exceed personal sales and service goals through demonstration of core and new products measured through key performance indicators average sales; average unit sales; new launch target success and re-booking appointments in line with company standard.
    • Work collaboratively on counter to achieve and exceed team and count the targets
    • Deliver world-class education programmes to drive commercial success
    • Analyse daily and weekly artist results and plan and deliver remedial tactical training to support both 1 to 1 and in team
    • Track own personal performance on a daily ; weekly and monthly basis and ensure exemplary result.
    • Consistently promote exceptional customer service and build a rapport that results in repeat customer appointments and business
    • Treat all of our customers as VIP s by giving them a full red carpet experience
    • Manage customer queries efficiently using sound judgement and achieving positive outcomes; escalating to your line managers were necessary
    • Take every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond in-store experience driving the customer database for direct marketing opportunities within companies guidelines
  • Artistry
    • Be inspired and be inspiring artist demonstrating confidence and always looking to develop and grow your skills knowledge from lead artist/management
    • Always developing an inspiring team artistry skills and driving artist engagement through limitless launch approaches
    • Demonstrate immaculate grooming standards at all times reflecting your make up look and in accordance with the company grooming guidelines
  • People Management
    • Demonstrate positive and cooperative approach towards your work and your colleagues
    • Contribute to individual and team development plans through constructive feedback
    • Maintain high standards of time keeping on counter to ensure the team efficiency
    • Maintain up to date and accurate records of certification and communicate/escalate any issues to store management
    • Responsible for skill test and trade test ensuring level of competency within recruitment process in collaboration with hiring manager
    • Assistant maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication professionalism and creativity at all thanks
