O PC) for faulty hardware.Provide solution to user/customer by promptly identifying the right hardware component required to be added or replaced to overcome the defectCapable to rightly replace all the required hardware components of the Desktop/Laptop/PCProficient in using various OEM defined Tool-Kits for servicing/repairing the Desktop/laptopSuperior interactive skills to communicate with client and customer teams, for understanding their service demandsExpertise in customer relationship matters and proficient managerial skills.
