Job Description

    Designation: L & D Executive (Learning & Development)Location: ChennaiDesired Candidate skills -
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) in the English language.
    • Advanced knowledge of learning and behaviour science and adult education.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.
    • Exhibit excellent patience and calmness while dealing with internal stakeholders and employees.
    • Affinity for problem-solving.
    • Highly well versed with Google workspace i.e., Google Docs, Slides, Spreadsheets, Sites, and Canva or any other content-creating tools.
    • Ability to create and produce micro videos, presentations, documents, and podcasts as and when required.
    • Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead, teach, onboard, and evaluate new hires.
    • Assist with assessing training needs for new and existing employees and identifying training activities/systems to address competency gaps, as identified.
    • Scripting and storyboarding are based on knowledge of learning theories.
    • Establish networks and build relationships with internal stakeholders and team members within the organization.
    • Maintain a strong relationship with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of training programs.
    • Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses.
    • Identify the key improvement areas
