Job Description

    Required Area Sales Managers /Sales managers/Sales Officers/ Marketers to market Herbal Cosmetics to professional Spa, Beauty Salons & Personal care products, through Channel / Direct sales with Market Rapport and Team of Staff.Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 2-10 years experience in Beauty & Personal Care Industry.Product line: Herbal Beauty & Personal care, Facial Kits, Bulk cosmetics, Haircare, skin care products for tropical application.INDUSTRY:Cosmetics/Beauty & Personal CareFUNCTIONAL AREA:Through Channel / Direct SalesEDUCATION:Any Graduate/102 - Any Specialization Not RequiredKEY DELIVERABLES:- Achieving sales targets- Train and retain talent/sales staff- Expanding into new geographies/Business DevelopmentRESPONSBILIIES & DUTIES:The Candidate should have the following essential qualities.
    1. Candidates who are willing for Beauty & Personal Care sector for growth and higher package.
    2. He should be well aware of channel sales discipline & operations with knowledge of distribution setup and direct sales to Saloons, Parlors and other wholesale cosmetic suppliers.
    3. He must have the necessary exposure of sales & Marketing and should possess necessary skills and qualities of experienced marketing person.
    4. He must have the exposure, experience and knowledge of launching new products with new strategy.
    5. He must have the ready network of financially sound partys viz. Super Stockiest, Distributors and required distribution channel for the assigned territory.
    6. He must be experienced and well verse in product launches, product promotion in the market with time line.
    7. He must be capable of handle large territory, and expands sales network in allocated cities.
    8. He should be experienced in promoting products in beauty parlors & saloons counters.
