Job Description

    At Stag International, we are seeking a qualified client account manager to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.Objectives of this Role Represent our companys products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs Meet monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics within schedule Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing sales outlets Guide the customer from the beginning to the end of the sales process and maintain after sales relationship with the clientDocumentation Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other. documentation as required for executive-level presentations. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.Relationship Management Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive long-term relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered.Sales activities Negotiating prices, delivery, and other details with customers. Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales. Overcome objections of prospective customers. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process. Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionOrder Processing Monitoring the progress of current orders. Taking orders and recording order information.
