We do not hesitate making exception for those with no / not relevant prior experience provided we are convinced that you are determined and will justify the investment we make in your development.Job description:- Identify client needs and suggest suitable insurance products of Tata AIA Life Insurance directly- Gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete documentation- Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell.- Customer Relationship Management.- Participate in relevant training arranged by the company- Take initiative to keep abreast of developments in products & services, company policies, procedures, sales process & organization- Attend all training programs and maintain minimum business levelsCareer Progression:We offer two streams of growth.- Higher designations (accompanied by privileges) in Insurances Sales and Personal Financial Planning. OR- Leadership position leading to team building, motivating and up- skilling them for business development. There are various levels of promotion in leadership position. Our successful leaders lead teams of thousands of sales persons.There is no time restriction for performers. Promotions start as early as within 3 months.Compensation:Based on experience, knowledge and determination to succeed earning starts from 25-1,00,000 a month (not guaranteed though). Exceptional performers earn much more.We have worked out an innovative compensation structure and you will be given an opportunity to earn much over Rs. 12 lacs per annum depending on achievement of targets. Successful life insurance professionals earn over Rs. 50 Lacs per annum.
