Job Description

    Job description To send presentations, order sheets & interact with the buyers (via e-mail & call) to get the orders confirmed, who visited our fair stands. Complete follow-up with the buyers from the product development to the final execution of the order. Coordination with Quality, Documentation & Production departments. Serving top-level managerial role. Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries. Manage emails, information, and other communications; answer where possible highlight and prioritise those that need MD attention Contributing and bringing business for the company. Developing new business development strategies Act as follow-up Manager across the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that a wide range of agreed actions are being executed Book transport and accommodation as and when required Attend Senior Leadership Team meetings, off-site quarterly days and other strategic meetings to take notes and action points. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients. Handle sourcing, sampling & product development with all merchandising activities. Collaborate effectively with all staff, clients, and suppliers Provide good relationship management with the client Deliver timely and outstanding client satisfaction Finding reliable sources for new products. Requirements:- Experienced candidate required . Excellent Communication skills. Experience in Client dealing preferable. Knowledge of PPT preparation required. Strong Follow-up skills.
