The person would be responsible to manage a team of BAs and take full accountability in scoping out the project requirements as well as take ownership of their delivery thereafter. Ideally, a person with a minimum of 7 years experience in an IT company of a similar business model who has a great understanding of its internal functions and extensive experience as a BA to add value to this role, would be a great fit.The person we are looking for :1) Should be well-versed with different technology stacks2) Would be responsible for requirement gathering, analysis, proposal writing, documentation (SRS, business logic, flowcharts, etc.) / completing proposals/ presentations, RFP/ RFQ analysis3) Possesses knowledge of Wireframing tools like Balsamiq, Visio, mockups etc4) Should be able to develop a growing understanding of our technology & keep up with other industry developments5) Can co-ordinate with the team & management6) Must be able to build and maintain client relationships7) Has excellent communication skillsQualification Required :1) Should be from Finance Domain.2) Should be from investment banking back ground,
