    Identification and evaluation of suppliers for development/ sourcing of new partsRM indexation and movement as per industry benchmarkCost reduction projects and identification of saving opportunitiesCapacity analysis and enhancement as per business requirementNew product development (Sheet Metal/ Forging/ Machining/ Proprietary)Drawing study along with supplier for giving timely inputs to minimize design changesFloating RFQ s for getting techno-commercial proposals from SuppliersTechnical and Commercial evaluations of potential suppliers for supplier selectionCommercial discussion and negotiation with suppliers along with Strategic Sourcing UnitsBudget preparation for component price and CAPEXEnsure cost viability of designs by giving inputs to Product Development regarding Raw Material availability/cost and process costMeet all material requirement time targets by continuous interaction with supplier and internal agenciesAPQP and tracking at all the stages of product developmentPrepare and raise PO to suppliersSupport suppliers for the development of parts and ensure QCD targetsPPAP closure and handing over for regular supplies Experience 5-7 Industry Preferred Automobile/ Agriculture Qualifications B.
