Job Description

    Position Profile:Overall Operations && Maintenance of Telecom Systems and related Technology Eco-systemused in providing telecom services . Management of Systems ensuring Service Uptime && QoS Timely resolution of Customer Complaints pertaining to Technical domain ensuringService SLAs. Vendor Management for feature enhancements , upgrades && operational requirements. Coordination with Technology partners, customers, and concerned functions w.r.t allconfiguration and management changes in the network , as && when, required Development of processes and procedures for the Network domain to ensure smoothoperation Development of reports && data on the status and quality of the networkand theiranalysis on regular basis for necessary action Ensuring the security and protection of data as required by Company policy && latestsecurity standards Ensuring Regulatory Compliances w.r.t the systems operating in the Network Planning of system capacity augmentations forimprovement the performance oftheNetwork, as && when required. Trouble-shooting of issues faced in Network, RCA analysis , issue resolution && devisingrelevant preventive actions. Management && supervision of periodic system audits and work on correction of NCRs Co-ordination with Billing && RA departments for settlement of CDR and billing datareconciliation processes Conducting Regular Technology Trainings for technical team membersEducation/ExperienceAn Engineering graduate with 10-15 years experience in the telecom technology domain . KeyRequirements include : Expertise in Operations && Planning of Core Network Nodes && Systems e.g STPs, SMSC,MPLS, NGN, SIP Services etc Thorough Knowledge of Telecom Protocols && their implementation Project Management Experience for Network Node Deployment Strong Analytical and Debugging skills Experience in Operation, Administration and Maintenance (OAM) of Technologysolutions used in TelecommunicationsLocation : Mohali
