Open for US ShiftResponsible for the design, build, implementation, and delivery of scalable MicrosoftOffice 365 solutions, with a focus Messaging (Exchange Online), Communication(Teams), Collaboration (SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business), Endpoint(Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune), Office 365 Apps (Power Automate, Insights,Forms, Planner, Stream, Sway, To-Do, etc.); Execute assessment, migration and implementation plans to deploy Microsoft 365solutions and migrate environments from on-premise systems to Microsoft 365; Have the ability to go technically deep across Microsoft 365 services, actively seeksolutions to the needs of internal and external customers, communicate trends tomanagement and drive Microsoft 365 product improvements; Review and manage technical requirements and functional business requirements toestablish new Microsoft 365 environments; Have the ability to go technically deep across Microsoft 365 services, actively seeksolutions to the needs of internal and external customers, communicate trends tomanagement and drive Microsoft 365 product improvements; Support the evolution of the Microsoft 365 services through the design andimplementation of new service features; Prepare technical documentation on the Microsoft 365 services and relatedprocedures and operations; Participate in 24x7 On-Call rotation to assist global client base. Perform M365 Workshops/ any other MS programs as required. Perform other duties as required. Working daily with requests and incidents escalated by Service Desk Maintain the operational health of the O365 online environments including security,availability, performance, interoperability and reliability. Provide front-line support of the O365 environment including email gateway,archiving, and backupsExperience Essential: A minimum of 5 years of experience working in IT, preferably in large environments,and at least two years of experience in Microsoft 365 technologies. Analyze customer needs, document requirements, and design technical solutions. Assist with migration related pre-sales activities and processes Architect, lead, and implement technical project activities Architect and implement Migration infrastructure and processes Architect directory services, SSO, and identity management solutions Architect Exchange messaging solutions Adapt the architecture to take advantage of cost saving through architecture andbilling changes Follow necessary Change Management processes and procedures Enterprise Identity and Information Assurance Troubleshoot and address common M365 related issuesResource Profile: Exposure to migration projects such as on-premise to the cloud; Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues; Work experience in large international environments;Desirable: Experience working with customers on Microsoft 365 specific solutions deployments& support;
