Provide day-to-day HR support as needed.QualificationsBachelors degree from an accredited college or university required.6+ years of HR Generalist experience with focus on Talent Management or PerformanceAbility to understand and create structure around ambiguous assignments.Exceptional project management including prioritizing, planning, and execution as well as managing resources so that timelines and objectives are met efficiently.Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to and leading training with various employee groups, up to 200 attendeesDemonstrated track record of building strong relationships and the ability to influence.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, nimble, professional environmentProficiency with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointHR Certification strongly preferred:Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)Professional in Human Resources (PHR)Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
