You will help us provide effective processes, improve day-to-day controls, reduce attribution errors, reduce cost and ensure timely MIS.The opportunityAs a Lead member of the team, you will not only have the opportunity to enhance your technical knowledge and be creative, but also experience the challenge of being a trusted Cost advisor for an organisation.
    • Preparation and review of Cost Sheet for each Product
    • Budgeting, Cost Control and Financial Analysting
    • Preparation of Various MIS and Budget Vs Actual Variances
    Your key responsibilitiesYoull be responsible for leading the successful delivery of Costing engagements, taking a professional, practical and commercial approach and ensuring technical excellence. You will be required to give professional advice, both written and in person, on Costing of the Product. You have to develop Cost Control Techniques. Be a vital participation in Budgeting Activities, Need to prepare some valuable presentations through various graphical MIS. Analyse the detailed report on adverse figures while preparing Budget Vs Actual Report.
    • Cost Sheet with desirable Mark UP
    • Cost Run in the ERP
    • Monthly MIS
    • Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Budget
    • Budget Vs Actual Analysis Report
    • Ratio Analysis
    • Financial Planning
    To qualify for the role you must have
    • A degree in Cost Accountancy, CIMA, CMA or similar certification
    • Minimum 7 to 10 years of work experience in Costing Department
    • Hands-on experience for complex GST technical review
    • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
    • Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others
    • Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks
    • Excellent team player
    Ideally, youll also have
    • Experience working in multicultural teams
    • Well versed in MS Excel, Power Point Presentations
    • Having depth knowledge of ERP i.e. Microsoft Business Central will be an advantage
