Job Description

Experience of 6-10 years in Agriculture Machinery Industry (Combine Harvesters, RTP , Balers , Rotavators and All Tractor driven products ) Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Managing export field team to ensure adherence to achieve target MTTR and customer satisfactionAppointing and managing spares distributors , driving service campaigns, customer visit workshops and service campaignsConducting field demos and installation in fields to prove product suitability Onboarding dealers/distributors for service, stocking spares, and providing dealer service personnelTracking service requests TAT/MTTR and reviewing performance of 7-8 Area Service Managers of exports.Driving spare parts revenue through ensuring spares supply at critical dealershipsSeeding of critical projects in new export markets hiring temporary manpower in exports. Handling warranty for export market and closing all warranty claims within 30 Days Industry Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s / Diploma in engineering or other related fields .
