Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables #To MONITOR & CONTROL WARRANTY INDEX (RPH & Cost per tractor) thru daily follow-up and feedback (Hands on experience in SAP & Warranty claims handling).#To have excellent Data Analytical skills (Six Sigma Green Belt certification added advantage) & strong expertise in MS Excel with hands-on experience on Formulas & macro building, Graphs and good command over Minitab software.# In depth Knowledge & Inspection of Warranty part, Failure analysis of Transmission (Proficient) & 4WD axle/multispeed gearbox/Clutch system (Working Knowledge). Knowledge of Functional system of Tractor. Good part level knowledge of Engine, Vehicle Engg. & other Tractor parts.# Driving Field failure projects (BOLD character) & Co-ordination with different departments/suppliers for field failure and customer complaints analysis, on-time corrective action.# Analysis of warranty data and update the status on each failed part. If the new concern reported and Post modified case reported, then re-open concern , Prepare warranty failed part data and the failure trend.# Basic knowledge of Casting & Gear geometery/gear mfg. process and initial failures analysis and co-ordinate with Foundry Div. & suppliers for analysis.# Well conversant with field visits for failure analysis, complaints resolution, Farm Implements application study, Benchmarking of products etc.# Familiar with drawing study, Inspection techniques and Inspection tools. Education Qualification BE / B Tech , Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production Engg Diploma - Mechanical/Automobile (minimum 6-7 year Exp.) General Experience 4-8 Years Critical Experience THE CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE HAD WORKED IN WARRANTY Should have knowledge about ISO /TS systems Should have knowledge about PPAP ,Kaizens , Pokeyoke & 5S KNOWLEDGE OF SPC, QC TOOLSHighly Customer centric , Display BOLD, AGILE & Collabrative skills in routine, STRONG COMMUNICATION Skills, Good Presentation skills, Willing to travel frequently to distant locations System Generated Core Skills 7 QC ToolsAnalytical ThinkingAuditingCommunication SkillsISO TS 16949 - Quality ManagementPresentation SkillsProduction Part Approval Process (PPAP)Statistical Process Control (SPC)Quality Control System Generated Secondary Skills ,
