greetings to allWe are looking for a Travel Consultant, who is passionate about travel industry. You will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday and you will provide travel agency related services on behalf of our suppliers. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.ResponsibilitiesPlan and sell aviation related products & servicesCooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates and costs.Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.Enter data into our software and maintain client filesMeet profit and sales targetsRequirementsProven work experience of at least 2 years as a Travel Consultant.Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems ( Amadeus, Sabre) and e-travellingFluency in English; multilingualism is a plusStrong sales skills and commercial awarenessExperience in the US market for inbound calls is a mustAbility to interact, communicate and negotiate effectivelyFlexible to work during the weekends and rotational shifts.location : MohaliSalary- 30,000 till 40,000 depending on the experience.
