Job Description

    HiOpening for the position of Account Executive with a Listed Limited company in Food Industry at Lower ParelPosition Vacant: Account ExecutiveLocation Lower ParelJob Description / Responsibilities:
    • Voucher making & posting in Tally ERP 9 day to day basis
    • Maintain Banking Transaction including cheque issued and deposits
    • Bank reconciliation day to day basis
    • Sale invoice making (ERP & Tally both)
    • Purchase Bill Entries in ERP & Tally
    • Pricing of Raw Material up to date
    • Maintain Debtors & Creditors outstanding and report to management
    • Maintain TDS deduction & deposits and filling return as per transaction obtained
    • Making GST E-Way Bill
    • Maintain RCM expenses & INPUT Credit Register
    • Making Salary register, Timing calculation, Leave register etc
    • Making payment of TAXES, Expenses & Salaries transfer to A/c
    • Maintain books of Accounts through Tally & ERP & co-ordinate with seniors as per requirement
    • Looking for candidate who are available on shorter notice period
    Experience: 3 + year as Account AssistantQualification & Skills
    • B Com Graduates only apply
    • Good Accounting knowledge
    • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9
    • Experience of working on advance Excel ( V lookup & Formulas)
