It has been voted amongst one of the best places for women to work consistently for the second consecutive year in 2020.Job DescriptionJob Title:Executive Payables Finance Department:FinanceJobTitle:Executive-Accounts PayableLocation:MumbaiReportingto: Manager FinanceSummary of the Key Responsibilities:Responsibility and essential job functions include but are not limited the following:-Generate paymentproposalsinSAP basedonapprovedinvoicesandpaymentterms.Verify the accuracy and completeness of payment proposal data, including vendorinformation,invoiceamounts,andpaymentterms.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payment proposals.Processandexecuteapprovedpaymentproposalswithinspecifieddeadlines.Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or discrepancies identified during the invoice review process.Liaise with internal SSC and finance functions leads to resolving invoice-related queries or issues.Utilize SAP or other relevant financial software to perform accounts payable tasks, including payment proposal generation, andreporting.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payment proposals, and other related financial documentation in the SAP system andexcel.Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement system enhancements or process improvements to optimize accounts payable processes.Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations in accounts payable processes.Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, explanations,and reconciliation related to accounts payable activities.Key SuccessFactors:Well-organized,highly efficient with a keen eye for detailStrong knowledge of accounts payable processes,principles,andbestpractices.Proficiency in SAP or other similar financial software.Excellent Attention To Detail And Accuracy.Strong Analytical And Problem-solving skills.Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills.Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmanagemultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment.Understandingofrelevantaccountingregulationsandcompliancerequirements.Qualification:B.Com/M.Comwith3-5yearsofqualificationexperience
