Job Description

Job Description Accounts Receivable Manager Project Manager

  • Candidate should have excellent written and Oral Communication skills
  • Needs to understand and prepare the standard operating procedures, guidelines, process notes etc of various tasks/functions from receivables team
  • Needs to ensure a smooth handover/transition from the existing receivables team
  • Needs to monitor and supervise the team and ensure all given tasks are done in a timely and accurate manner
  • To build a bridge between the client and the team in case of any discrepancies in the invoices
  • Candidate should have good excel knowledge and proficiency to work on large database
  • Reconciliation of transactions by company & correcting data
  • Maintain database by entering verifying and backing up data
  • Developing monthly quarterly and annual MIS
  • Knowledge of SAP/Lawson/Oracle is preferred
  • GST Vs books revenue reconciliation
  • Candidate should have good understanding of GST and TDS
  • Candidate should be able to perform cash allocations, reconciliations etc
  • Partner with financial accountants and commercial finance ream to produce month-end results
