    Responsibilities& Project DetailsSupport Project Managers and Solution/Technical Architects in the design and deployment of AD, ADFS, PKI and Azure servicesExpert in Active Directory Domain Services. Building new Active Directory Domain and Creating Low-Level Design.Expert in Active Directory Federation Services. Building and Configuring ADFS and Creating Low-Level Design.Expert in Active Directory Certificate Services (PKI). Building and Configuring ADCS/ PKI and Creating Low-Level Design.Expert in Azure Active Directory Connect. Building Azure AD Connect and Creating Low-Level Design.Good Communication Skills and Ready for facing the customer.Solution requirements gatheringProduction of Low Level Design Documents for multiple services.Technical Documentation and Report creationPlanning for Disaster Recovery & High Availability systemsDrive Service Acceptance into Business as Usual Operations SupportSupport performance and functional testing of collaboration services such as AD and AzureInvestigate and resolve implementation related incidents & problemsMigration planning and executionADFS and PKI design and implementationDevelop monitoring and maintenance procedures for communication ServicesHealth check existing implementationsMaintain an awareness of current developments in Digital Workplace and conduct research and development of new technologiesProvide advice, both reactively and pro-actively, to customers, projects and colleagues.Identify opportunities and develop automation for the deployment and management of unified communications solutionsCarry out specific assignments and projects in the Digital Workplace technologies remit, either alone or as part of a team.Provide a AD lead role on larger projects supporting the other Subject Matter ExpertsDevelop and maintain quality standards and policies relating to communications technologies and management.Candidate Profile5-7 years of relevant experienceExpert in PowerShell and scripting skillsMicrosoft Active DirectoryExcellent ability to troubleshoot and debug errors, logs, installation failuresBasic knowledge of OS security and vulnerability componentsQualificationDegree in IT or related areas with focus on technologies and infrastructure or Degree in ITPersonalityAble to deliver independently and minimal interventionAnalytical and structured approachService orientation (Strong adherence to time and quality KPIs)Willingness to participate in 24x7 on-duty service
