To maintain matter with Land Scouters/ Brokers for Land Acquisition Survey of Location of Plot Boundary fixing of plot To attend to conveyance matters To attend to Municipal assessment matters To gather information about tenants such as Voters Id, Ration Card etc To make documents of tenants purchase/ society redevelopment/ plots/ flats To be able to search and ascertain property title at talati/ thelsidar/ stamp duty/ city civil/ High Court/ To check 7/ 12, Mutation Entry/ PR Card/ DP Remarks etc. To be able execute deals independently for new acquisitions for redevelopment and SRA To lead SRA and Redevelopment team, from acquisition of plot till completion of project, including independent representation to tenants, all works related to Slum Rehab Authority Preparing, updating weekly reports on status of acquisitions To be able to search for documents regarding acquisition at courts, To be able to deal with Slum Rehab/ Redevelopment representatives To be able to make title flow of property/ lands etc To coordinate between solicitors, advocates, legal consultants To oversee land survey with demarcation Due diligence of lands and structuring of deals Drafting, negotiating and reviewing documentation related to the various types of tenanted Coordination with MHADA, BMC, MMRDA, DRT, O/ L and other development authorities across Maharashtra & other parts of the country for land acquisition Vetting & Execution of documents such as Agreement for Sale, Leave & License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Development Agreements, Deed of Conveyance, Tenancy Agreement, Deed of Gift, Will and Codicil, Documents related to Mortgage - Hypothecation - Pledge, Power Of Attorney, Affidavit and other documents pertaining to land acquisition Should be able to handle large number of Tenanted Properties on their own Should be able to liaison with SRA independently Interaction with Legal, Liaison, Security, Architects, Consultants, Govt Authorities, Clients, Vendors, Land representatives and Management Coordination with Legal Consultants. Should be able to attend Court dates, facilitate proper replies, Coordinate with Legal Consultants.,
