    Job DescriptionJob OverviewThe position is responsible for driving the Corporate L&OD agenda across the diverse businesses in areas of terms of Leadership, Competency and Capability development niche customized interventions. The position also plays the role of driving Organizational Development initiatives for guiding the Businesses in achieving their development goals.The role involves collaborating effectively with L&D HR heads and Talent partners across the Businesses to drive the L&OD strategy.
