    Job DescriptionAir Transaction
    • .Request bookings with airlines, ensure bookings are made at current andaccurate rates, consolidate and route shipments.2. Commutations , suppliers/ shippers at origin todestination location regarding the cargo trace & track/specialhandling/delivery processes and documentation.3.Monitor and maintain shipments until completion keep customersappraised to the export details of transactions in accordance with officeexport operation procedure.4. Ensure accuracy and completeness of export documentation review andverify documentation.5. Verifying partner invoice and processing vendor payments6. End to end coodiation for shipment from client and partner for pick up to clearance till shipment departure.Ocean Transaction1.Request bookings with shipping lines/ NVOCC/ FF, ensure bookings are made at current andaccurate rates, consolidate and route shipments.2.
