Job Description

    • Project Role :Application Developer
    • Project Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Understand the current application infrastructure and suggest changes to it 2 Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance 3 Migrate our infrastructure with zero downtime to a highly available, scalable one 4 Set up a monitoring stack 5 Define service capacity planning strategies 6 Implement the applications CI/CD pipeline using the AWS CI/CD stack 7 Write infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or similar
        • Technical Experience : 1 Experience with the basic core AWS services like EC2, VPC, S3, ELB, IAM, Autoscaling, RDS, Redshift, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, SNS, Cloud Front, Route53, Cloud Pipeline, Cloud9, Lambda, KMS 2 Good background in Linux/Windows administration 3 Experience with Docker and Kubernetes are additional plus 4 Proficiency in at least one language from our stack 5 Strong notions of security best practices eg using IAM Roles, KMS, etc 6 Experience with monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, NewRelic/Nagio
