The Client Service Group (CSG) is responsible for managing and facilitating the daily unique and complex service needs of the Private Bank s client base. Service is delivered in a team-based model with key locations in the US, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.About Bank With UsJ.P. Morgan Private Bank supports a service to sales program focused on deepening client relationships. Private Bank Client Service Associates (CSAs) are incentivised to anticipate and identify product and service opportunities by listening to private banking client needs. The program specifically focuses on increasing deposit and credit penetration across client relationships by identifying deposit, mortgage and line of credit opportunities, and promoting online/self-services. The program has grown significantly since its inception in 2010 and is now positioned to progress to a more sophisticated next generation. Role OverviewThe Bank With Us Analyst will support this transformation while working in fast-paced, cross functional environment that demands both strong analytic skills and a sales oriented, result driven focus.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop/Coordinate regional level sales and marketing opportunities for CSAs
• Coordinate value proposition statement for internal partners and service teams
• Provide analytic support across internal tools and databases, specifically, extracting data from numerous data sources, analysing data, interpreting information & trends, producing complex data analysis to support conclusions & present findings to senior management
• Drive projects from start to finish in a cross functional environment and maximize partnerships with Service, Marketing, Finance, Training and Technology partners
• Propose new solutions, procedures, training opportunities based on analytics and management objectives
• Design new training & sales curriculum and establish delivery method, may be in classroom environment or virtual
• Quantify and assess participants understanding of program objectives and posses the ability to quickly react to the learning needs of the participants
• Capture and communicate industry best practices
• Provide support in global initiatives including the transformation agenda, escalating service issues and communication strategies
• Devise strategy and techniques to measure trainee standards & gauge ability to reach/execute desired behaviour

Essential Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent experience in a function related discipline
• 2+ years of experience within financial services, preferably supporting the Banking business
• Financial Industry background including Trust, Custody, Deposits, Securities, Credit, and Brokerage products
• Ability to interact across many functions (Marketing, Communications, Technology, Front Office)
• Organization skills and ability to multi-task
• Prior experience with Client/Sales performance metrics and analytical databases
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to express ideas in a confident, clear and compelling manner
• Knowledge of relevant technology toolsets relative to data analysis and documentation
• Proficient technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc)
• Knowledge of digital is a plus
