Identify alternative solutions for incident resolutionDisaster Recovery & PatchingWork towards 100% uptime for supporting applications
Ensure agreed level of production support given to business users
In-depth understanding supporting applications and become technical and subject matter expert in time
Review of POA incase of critical projects etcDefine SCP & BCP needs / solutions as per business needsMonitoring and running of planned Batch processes and UAT Testing Collect & provide required evidences from audit and SOX compliance point of view for all applications
Coordinating with Vendor /internal users for raising CCFs & ensuring the TATs for release movements into production
Restore normal service operations as quickly as possible
Creating of KB for known issues
Change & Release ManagementWorking with Dockers and API Gateway technologies
Enforce Security and Routing policies for API ConfiguredMediate and Orchestrate Requests between Internal and External API consumers and producers
Troubleshooting the API various security assertions, related logging of API workflow
