Job Description

    *
    • Perform monthly QA Quality Assurancework on ORD Issue & Actions
    • Preparing various Issues & Actions accuracy and timeliness dashboard for management reporting
    • Following up with coverage & Business units to resolve open QA findings
    • Support and facilitate execution of the Firms global Risk & Control Self-Assessment RCSA Program and quality assurance of Key Control designation.
    • Responsible for providing various analysis on firm RCSA results & control environment.
    • Closely working with New York Framework team and support on any ad hoc requirement on RCSA data cuts
    • Support quality assurance for Internal Loss Data, Issues & Actions, External Loss Data monitoring.
    • Working in a team to coordinate and reengineer an effective and efficient data quality assurance process
    • Effectively communicate with various internal stakeholders for data standard resolution
    • Perform Data analysis and reporting as demand
    • Support Internal Audit and Regulatory requests with accurate data and documentation
    • Review and streamline current BAU processes

    • Fresh university graduate with less than 2 years of full-time working experience in no more than one financial institution or consulting firm
    • A general understand of regulatory capital frameworks, such as Basel 2 and Basel 3. Hands-on experience with Incidents, Issues & Action RCSA and Scenario Analysis is preferred
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
    • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize; ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
    • Advanced user of PowerPoint and Excel, VBA skill, SQL, BI Tools is a plus
    • Strong interest in financial services and risk management
    • Ability to work in a team environment
