Job Description

The Treasury Analyst is in charge of reviewing the SITA bank footprint, handling all the bank accounts held by SITA, updating the physical bank signatories, filling in the Know Your Customer requests (KYC).It then supports the Treasury requirements in terms of managing and filling documentation for bank account opening and closing, archiving, and maintaining documents data base for further use and possess a good understanding of FATCA/CRS.What you will do Receiving and processing queries from banks to ensure matters are responded in an efficient and timely manner. Drafting appropriate client due diligence and enhanced due diligence requests for SITA Group entitles on request of banking partners. Drafting letters, account opening, closing documents, FATCA/CRS, Sanction country questionnaire and other documents related to banking services. Liaising and communicating with different teams inside organisation for collecting details. Identifying and researching potential conflicts issues and where necessary escalating them to more senior members of the team. Implementing and monitoring information barriers Developing and maintaining a good understanding of anti-money laundering and financial crime legislation, and a comprehensive understanding of client due diligence requirements. Having a good understanding of PEP and UBO. Having good knowledge and understanding of organisation structure and shareholdings. Act as interface with SITA s banks Support the Accounting Regions and subsidiaries on Treasury issues and needs (banking cash needs, funding) Provide back and front office support for the cash management and hedging by entering all relevant data in the treasury system in order to create reliable forecasts in view of optimizing cash deposits and returns, *Who you are 5+ years of work experience with a multinational company in Treasury and/or Finance function Results-oriented Ability to achieve tight reporting deadlines Strong interpersonal skills Pro-active attitude Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation Attention to Detail Financial Acumen Forecast Modeling Risk Management KYC Knowledge Understanding of regulatory requirements.
