Job Description

    The Job Overview of an Android Developer We at EVEREX INFOTECH are seeking a dedicated Android developer to join our growing company. You will collaborate as part of a team of developers to work on creating and maintaining Android apps. As an Android developer, you will need to be familiar with the Android ecosystem and mobile app development, including familiarity with popular app frameworks and software development best practices. Your duties will include maintaining existing codebases, including bug fixing, and creating apps from scratch as part of a team while following all coding guidelines and industry best practices. Qualifications expected of an Android Developer: BE / BTech / MCA / MTech / ME. Solid understanding of common programming tools and paradigms, such as version control, use of frameworks, and common design patterns. Proficiency with Android Studio and Android SDK tools. Excellent knowledge of the Java programming language. Familiarity with mobile applications and development, including the use of hardware such as accelerometers, cameras, and gyroscopes. Comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team and with code written by others, including bug fixing, and refactoring legacy code. Excellent communication skills. Technical Skill an Android Developer:- Experience in Mobile Native Android Application development & Android Studio. Strong Knowledge of different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes. Prior experience as an Android Developer using Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Android NDK. Experience in publishing an application on the Google Play store. Proven work experience in design patterns mobile architecture using frameworks such as MVVM/MVC/MVP. Experience with third party libraries & APIs. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to effectively integrate Android applications. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, GitHub or BitBucket. Strong understanding of App life cycle. Familiarity with various testing tools. Knowledge of Work Manager, Background Services and SQLite Database. Experience with Unit, performance & UI testing. Familiarity with cloud APIs and push notifications. Problem solver with good analytical skills. Responsibilities an Android Developer is expected to assume in their position: Designing and developing apps for the Android ecosystem. Creating tests for code to ensure robustness and performance. Fixing known bugs in existing Android applications and adding new features. Working with external software libraries and APIs. Working with designers to turn design templates into working apps. Job Qualifications and Skill Sets. Experience: 3 years. Location: Nagpur- (MIHAN SEZ) / Gujarat- (GIFT SEZ) / Mumbai- (FORT CST) CTC: Rs.3,60,000/- to Rs.4,20,000/-p.a. Working Days: 5 days (Monday Friday) Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm Notice Period: Immediate Joining
