Job Description

    Role: Application Support Should be from Broking Domain who has worked in Activation (Client OnBoarding Project or Trading Terminal Project or Mutual Fund Project) Most IMP: Should be from Mumbai and should be ready to work from Office Only. Key Responsibilities: Hands on Experience in Debugging Application Code and APIs. (Must have this skill) Hands on Experience in SQL. (Must have this skill) Hands on Experience Dot Net and MVC Skill (Must have this skill) Broking Product knowledge is must (Must have this skill) Support all online application deployments, configuration, and troubleshooting support ensuring 24/7 uptime. Conduct ongoing troubleshooting and testing of web applications to resolve all reported issues with applications. Work with infrastructure and application vendors in proactively reviewing, updating, and resolving customer cases assigned to Level 2 support. Work with ticketing systems to respond to issues and queries. Operational support for generation of relevant data files, reports, prints etc. in daily operations. Take support calls from branches/ L1 Support team. Environment: Will be working mostly in Microsoft Technologies like MSSQL, .NET, MVC, Windows Servers, IIS6-7 etc. Working hrs: Regular working hrs as defined by IIFL policies. May need to work on Saturdays/Sundays. May also need to work in shifts.
