Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Responsible for customer engagement, implementation of dealer operating stand ards, ensuring compliances and new product tracking. Execute Zonal After-Sales Business Plan through a team of Area Service Managers and CCMs to achieve customer satisfaction, Service Retention and Profitability of workshops. Customer Engagement Initiativesimplementation at Dealership level. Establish and Nurture Channel Network for Service and Spares to enable successful support of Medium and Heavy CVs in zone. Execution of Customer Care Process/systems and cutting edge Off-Product Services as Differentiators in Market Place Special focus on Service and parts Guarantees with a clear customer support on SSD . Implementation of Dealer Operating Stand ards and compliance for Sales and Service Infrastructure. Secondary Channel Development to provide adequate Service Network availability. Capturing of customer Voices by organizing events and activities. New product performance tracking and establish existing and new products thru Structured Value Establishment in the market to gain customer confidence on MTBD products. Implement dealer motivational programs and Improvement plans based on Norms and Stand ards. Maintain direct relationship and review the operational parts with Institutional, Corporate Fleet clients and MKA. Responsible for the product support of all MTBD range of vehicles, which involves product monitoring, performance analysis, and complaint analysis Benchmarking and review of Service Policies and Dealership Workshop norms. Warranty Support and reporting in coordination from Product Support Team. Interface with the Dealer Development Cell for all Service related aspects.
