Job Description

Head - Business Development - Personal Care/D2C- To design and create a years worth of retail development strategy in accordance with the organizations aims for commercial expansion.- Performing market research on relevant cities, populations, and other demographic features, to map the future outlets, to drive diversification into outlets, formats, cities, markets, etc., and to improve the companys touch points through numerous outlets across geographies, locations, etc.- To understand business viability, potential, opportunity, ROI, investments, etc. while mapping a territory, area, city, or a region for the purpose of increasing the no. of outlets which can get the best potential in terms of catchment area, visibility, footfall, etc. and to drive profitability in the process of expansion.- To be accountable for the business viability and business plan of any new site proposal to management.- To collaborate with the project construction team and serve as a liaison between them and the landlord for the aim of developing the site and getting it suitable for operations by representing the developer to the landlord,
