Job Description

    Responsibilities:Conduct cold-calling to identify and approach potential clients, including e-commerce retailers, local businesses, and MSMEs.Present services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and cost savings of shared deliveries.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to implement sales strategies, achieve individual and team targets, and contribute to overall revenue goals.Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and events to generate leads and increase brand awareness.Gather market intelligence, understand customer needs, and provide feedback to the sales team to refine sales strategies.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Sales will be a plus.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry. Freshers with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and effectively convey the value proposition of productAbility to work independently and proactively, with a self-starter attitude and a willingness to take initiative.Result-driven and target-oriented mindset, with a hunger to achieve and exceed sales goals.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment, and open to hustle to meet sales targets.Familiarity with the Bhiwandi and Navi Mumbai market is a plus.Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
