Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Plan & execute institutional sales strategy for growth. Align and execute trade and consumer promotions with the institutional sales strategy and overall business plan. Listing of new products across institutional sales chains. Responsible for achieving planned sales through distributors. Manage distributors by adequate stock inventory, timely submissions and settlement of claims. Work within companys allocated promotional cost and ensure most effective spending in driving sales and strengthen brands. Motivate and lead key accounts sales team to achieve desire objectives set by company. Enhance merchandising and ensure rightful planogram space. Negotiate favorable TOT contracts with institutional sales chains. Ensure correct pricing of products and work closely with sales head and area managers overseeing traditional supermarkets and other retail outlets. Provide trade information, competitors activities and market intelligent to company. Manage accounts receivables, responsible for debt collection and resolve all long outstanding debts if any. Resolve customers trade issues, complaints and operational matters. Manage and review outstation KA outlets through frequent market visit and liaising with local sales management. Any other assignment given by management from time to time. As per companys requirement. Monitor sales promoters / merchandisers at institutional sales outlets.
