    Dear Candidate,Greetings from Aarvi Encon Limited !Urgent opening for Area Sales Manager,JD for Area Sales ManagerJob Location-Malad West (Mindspace), Mumbai - IndiaCandidate RequirementsQualification & Skills:1) Min 10 years Experience as a Area Sales Manager from FMCG or Packaged Food Products Industry. 2) Excellent MS Office knowledge3) Outstanding organizational and time management skills4) Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) 5) Excellent verbal and written communications skills6) Discretion and confidentiality7) Must have Bachelors Degree8) Diploma or certification is a added advantage1) Deployment of Sales Officers & New recruitment plan2) Competition tracking3) Distribution extension target & achievement4) Plan & implement FMCG Distribution Infrastructure for new market coverage6) To achieve Monthly Primary & Secondary Sales targets7) Handling Modern Trade business with big partners.8) Managing Retail Sales through retail outlets & kiosks in Malls.9) Understand and comply with the organization Code of conduct and Ethics policy.10) Developing Annual Budget and Annual Operating Plan for the City11) Ensure that the City Revenue Targets, EBITDA are met as per the Budget Plan.12) Responsible for Gross Margins, Breakeven, cost management and Profitability of the branch/ City 13) Sales Team Performance Along with RSM monitor and appraise the performance of the Sales Managers as applicable.14) Assist Sales HOD in coordination with H.O., in preparing accurate 12 -month rolling sales forecast. 15) Implement any strategic, promotional plans and the introduction of a new service line 16) Run the Day-to-Day Operations of the City smoothly and ensure timely escalation to the Corporate Office as and when it is needed17) Visiting the patients as and when required and address the concerns with the Service. 18) Ensure timely Clinical Escalations to the Corporate Clinical team as and when required 19) Ensure best in class customer experience during on boarding and regular services.20) Implement Continuous Quality Improvement Program as per the guidelines of QAI21) Create collaborative, competent, self-sustaining teams and team members who are geared up to handle roles in the organization (Leadership Responsibility Functional development aspect)22) Monitor competitors activities including expansion plan, territory reorganization, services, and promotion and provide fortnight feedback to Sales HODExperience-Minimum 10 YearsIndustry Type-Herbal Industry / Food Industry/ API Pharma IndustryCTC-Depends on last ctcGender-Male OnlyCandidate Res.
