Job Description

    Revenue- Weekly sales target setting for all stores and sharing it with all the Store Managers.- Monitoring weekly Retail & Wholesale sales per store and ensuring there is an upward trend- In case of decline in sales for any store, understanding the reasons for the same and highlighting it to the management at the earliestStoreAt store level you will be responsible to ensure that- Living Liquidz branding is prominent and undisturbed- Visual Merchandising is applied and all brands are displayed properly- Stock Audit is done periodically and there is no Cash / Stock short- Employee issues are resolved and employees are retained- Hand Cashbook tally is done daily- B2B / Corporate orders which are given on Credit have properly signed bills with the receivers name and contact number- All utility bills like Electricity, Telephone, Internet bills are paid on time- Review Non-Moving stock on a monthly basis and make suggestions in order to sell them- Stay updated on the preferred brands on a monthly basis- Control breakage at store level and identify reasons for the same- Control stock ordering done by Store Managers- Ensure that stores dont overcharge the customers in case of change in MRP or any other reason- Visiting Cards / Polythene Bags should be well stocked and control wastage- Paper wrapping in advance for running brands- Adherence to scanner billing- Discount / Offer tags are put up prominently and well communicated to customers- Low margin products are also displayed, albeit strategically- Monthly spends on Govt Agencies are monitored and verified- Recurring expenses on refrigerators, bikes, cars are monitored and making suggestions for replacements wherever required- Discounts are controlled and keeping a check on fake discounts- Country wise Wine display is maintained and followed by all stores- Store cleanliness is maintained and also ensuring that the helpers are cleaning the store throughout the day
