Job Description

Job Title: Artwork coordinatorLocation:KurlaGradeEssential Qualifications-Graduate in Science-Prefer full time PG Diploma in Packaging and Science Technology from SIES/IIP.-Knowledge of Pharma packing materials & to handle location queries related to packaging/artwork creation as per the Business requirement.Essential Experience3 to 5 years of relevant Packaging development (Artwork management) experience Key Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Handling artworks, specification, and Master packaging dossier of anesthesia products.
  • Focus will be on all artworks details (labels, cartons, package inserts, patient package inserts, Shipper Label) required to ensure quality and accurate compliance, evaluations, maintenance, reviews and approvals with cross-functional teams for regulatory submissions.
  • Create and update artwork files in line with distributors/HA requirement received via labeling team and business partner requests.
  • Create/revise SOPs and work instructions for Artwork team
  • Development and maintenance of artwork management system ie. Harmony system.
  • Artwork Preparation, counter checking in accordance with specific requirement and its subsequent processing (i.e. packing material specification, Master pack proofing, shade cards etc.) by using Harmony system for ROW, Latam and USA market.
  • Co-ordination with artwork development agency, Purchase Team, Sales Team, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Team, Regulatory Affair, and Labelling team by attending weekly calls to execute the order within committed timelines
  • Preparation and presentation of Monthly MIS.
  • Support to manufacturing sites for order execution by providing documentation support and resolve their day to day queries.
  • Supporting to the sales team for OEF (Order Entry Form) by providing Packaging material and FG code details which is required for order execution.
