What is expected from this position 1.Tax Compliances2.Real Estate Accounting with GST compliances3.RERA Compliances7. Job Profile:Financial PlanningEnsure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close upto finalization.Establish and execute internal controls over the companys accounting and financial procedures.Well versed with GAAP and accounting policies related to Real Estate.Taxation & Compliances ManagementSolving queries of the taxation department through correspondence or personal visits.Working with the GST Consultant to understand and implement GSTWell versed with TDS and Income Tax Compliances.Should have good knowledge of GST payment and filing compliances.Ensure company records are kept organized and readily available for examination8. Education:MBA/Inter CA Preferred9. Work Experience:Overall 8 10 years relevant experience10. Skills (Essential):Technical skills:1.Should be well-versed in Taxation2.Should have extensively worked on FARVISION softwareBehavioral skills:1.Etiquettes and people management skills2.Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks3.Flexibility with time to work extra hours when the project requires4.Ability to work in a team with high people orientation9.
