Job Description

    Designation Assistant Manager Department Client Relations-Mid Office Expected Relevant Years of Experience: 3+ Years experience in AIF Operations Location :Mumbai (Lower Parel) Reports to: Senior ManagerEducation Qualification Required: (Please mention in detail) Minimum Graduation from any stream with complete knowledge and experience of AIF business operations.Key Skills Required: Functional :
    • AIF Client Onboarding Complete application checking along with requisite KYC documents and CKYC /KRA process
    • Tax Computations & Coordination with Auditors
    • Subscription & Redemption handling Preparation of SEBI, AMC & ADHOC reports Well-versed with the computation of performance fee, management fee, expenses and set up fee etc.
    • Tracking of Stamp Duty utilization & payment on a regular basis
    • Preparation of Financial statement
    • Checking and computing the daily NAV
    • Reconciliations of fee, stamp duty, funds and securities
    • Well-versed with Microsoft Excel commands
    • Coordinate with service and Sales Team for any clarifications related to account opening
    • Setting up customer accounts and providing relevant information to them.
    • Serve as a support to resolve customer complaints from service and Sales
    • Constant communication with colleagues from various departments to enhance PMS/AIF Operations efficiency
    • Comply with all processes and regulations related to compliance
