Job Description

A majority of the customers are first-time home buyers and finds it challenging to deal with bigger financial institutions for their home loan requirements. Loan amounts for these homes typically vary between 5 to 50 lakhs.Our client believes everyone should own their dream home! We blend technology and personalization, so the loan process is easy, convenient and enjoyable. Simply put: our customers always come first.Our Head-Office is in Mumbai and we have a presence in 65+ cities, with 70+ Branches, across 11 states. We have clocked 50,000+ home loans for customers with informal documentation and have been able to secure an A+ Rating (ICRA). Our current AUM is 3000+ Cr. with a steady CAGR of 60%!Job Role:Having built a robust and profitable business with the support of a strong leadership team and cutting edge technology, Company is now at a trajectory where they are envisaging an exponential growth.Job Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly performance dashboard for management Preparing monthly MIS (Income, expenses) Analyze the data from the reports / MIS and provide insights to the Management to take appropriate business decisions Identifying cost control areas and supporting / working with seniors/ respective teams to improve and bring apex under control. Preparing and providing data to various stake-holders e.g. the Regulator/ Investors/ Banks/ Credit Rating Agencies/ Management Perform analysis on costs and work towards reducing costs Prepare various presentations required for Management Meetings / Board Meetings etc. Liaise with colleagues in different departments to ensure data collection from different teams for preparation of presentations / MIS Preparation of various profitability dashboards to enable management decision making including Branch profitability, Cost of acquisition etc. Ensure appropriate forecasting and budgeting process Preparation and regular updating of annual forecast. Comparison of actual performance with forecast and identify profit improvement areasKey Skills:Key Skills: Ability to multi-task and take up additional responsibility Knowledge of MS Office with skill in MS-Excel Ability to work in a team High on integrity Self-starter needing minimum supervisory control Eye for detail Presentation skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholdersMandatory:Should be CA with first attemptIndustry: BFSI/NFC/NBFC
