Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greeting of the day!Job descriptionResponsibilities: -- Managing and driving performance management across the organization.- Performance Appraisal Process End to End Process.- To manage the compensation operation processes like Annual Salary Revision ensuring accuracy and timely execution- Managing Payroll and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing- Supervise payroll operations through payroll service vendor.- Timely inputs in case of resignations for Stop salary and processing of F&F Settlement.- Manage prepare all HR related correspondence, including Salary Increment Letters, promotion /transfer letters in a timely accurate manner.- Control statutory compliance for PAN India location as per requirements of the labour laws - PF, ESIC, PT, S&E Registrations Others Statutory Compliance,- Responsible for labour and employment compliances, Performance Appraisal Process, etc.- Managing employee benefits data e.g. medical insurance schemes, PF, Personal Accident and other statutory requirements- Handling employee related disciplinary issues taking appropriate actions such as show cause notice, warnings, conducting domestic enquiries and termination etc.- Generate reports and dashboards that can enable HR to look at several aspects of employee behaviours such as attrition, turnover, tenure, performance, etc.- Maintenance of the HRIS which includes monitoring and updating employee data, compensation data, manager hierarchy, and leave / absenteeism etc.- HRIS Analytics; Publishing various HR dashboards and attrition analysis data.- Maintain all personnel files for the India Office ensuring accurate information filing in accordance with Local labour laws and company policy / procedures.- Ensure HR records and systems are kept up to date and accurate- Maintain the forms/ folder ensuring up to date policies are available at all times and added to the HRIS as and when required/needed.- Oversee all internal and external related communications and networking.- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management.- Own end-to-end responsibility for execution of initiatives and existing processes- Effective verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently, whilst enjoying a degree of responsibility in your position.- Strong work ethics, able to handle confidential information sensitively and with integrity.- An understanding of Operations and the ability to advice on how to translate this into practical solutions/directions.- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR systems.- Interpersonal skills and the ability to interact skilfully and confidently with internal stakeholders, colleagues.
