Job Description

    Job DescriptionQualification: LLB; LLM preferred.Experience: 2-6 yearsJob description:Reviewing Proposals / ITBs, preparing contract deviations and managing negotiations for new opportunities (which includes reviewing Contract terms and conditions, pricing/payment schedules, scope of work, project procedures and execution schedules on lump sum, unit rate and reimbursable contract models) for projectsAdvising, reviewing and negotiating project related MOU, Consortium, Joint Venture and Shareholder Agreements.Advising on Projects in varying jurisdictions, working with, and understanding foreign governing/applicable law, including facilitating, understanding and applying specialized legal advice from such jurisdictions.Draft correspondence and legal documents, clauses, notices, agreementsAdvising on and review of Parent Company Guarantees and project finance documentation.Supporting preparation, negotiations and implementation of Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.Assisting/advising in preparation of Change Orders, Extensions of Time and Claims raised by Clients, Vendors, Subcontractors and LTHE.Reviewing and negotiating Secrecy Agreements and Interoffice Agreements.Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal provisions, legal principles, case lawsOrganize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing systemsEnsuring project contracts are consistent with the LTHE project objectives and LTHE policies whilst avoiding onerous liabilities.Assisting in handling arbitrations and litigations,Liaising with external lawyers and business team.Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operationsConduct your work with integrity and responsibility Maintain current knowledge for changes in legislations, precedents laid down by the courts and overall legal environment.Desired skills:1.
